Seeing that you got a profile shot of my port side on here, this may be a good opportunity to get some suggestions on a new window arrangement. I just replaced the front windsheilds & will be replacing the sides also. More than likely will stay with the 3 window set up,but with much bigger windows, however I was also considering combining the 2 forward windows into 1 slider, making it a 2 window port side. Any suggestions ???
I like the sliders I have on my Parker, maybe these pics will help you decide Rick.

I like the idea of combining the 1st two.

can you do 3 equal in size at the base of the window. Giving the foward triangled window a larger than what is there now.

Alot of times there are 3 windows because there is to much bend to the side of the house. You can't bend glass. For what it's worth I like the second pic.

Here's the 3 window, semi equal size option.

Only problem is this option requires fiberglass work to fill in old holes.

That looks nice to me. It would cost more money to do though. That is a really nice looking hull too. The sheer is just right.

Elmar. MANY thanks for this contribution to my question. As tuna stated, there is a slight curve to the house, but I know of a few of these with the 2 window set-up, which makes me think I can go with either lay out. I think the 3 windows properly proportioned would be the most traditional, like the 2nd pic. Got my wheels turning now. Thanks again for presenting these options, really neat to see it with different looks. Rick

Just curious... but the window option with the largest one, worries me a little bit. I've seen some of them pop out when people go to "land" against them when they are that large. Seen it happen on a JC31 before. Anyone else think that could be a problem? Wondering too if there would be a small effect on the flexibility of the top with that tower on one big seemed window like that, again peeling potatoes here just thinking.

Yeah, I just threw that up there. I don't think that was every really a consideration.

Alot of the big sportys have unsupported full lenght windows though. Alot more superstructure, but shows the possibilities.

Doesn't "Twin Fins" have a full lenght window??

Here is a better proportioned "Option 2"
