Yeah that's Joe Boats number. I been talking to him last couple of days trying to figure this thing out. He won't go higher than 12-6 OA height from keel to top of house. This puts the haul just under the 13-6 max before permits, escorts etc. Probably have to make some modifications to the house to accommodate. Thanks for the response.

Thanks for the update. WOW that's a lot of space! As for as my build goes I am actually considering going out the side instead of back but until I get the hull, take measurements and layout how I want to finish I'm just using up valuable brain cells! LOL. You didn't mention a slush tube. Hate to make more work for you but something you want to consider if you don't have one since your digging into the exhaust. How did you make out with Soundown on sound attenuation?

Know zero about your question, but have an update on muffler. I went with one from soundown, being fabricated now. They were in the mid price range, around $1700, Centex was cheaper, Tony A much more expensive. It is going to be a bitch to install due to space, about 54 inches long and 15 inch diameter. I would suggest you install one durning build. I just have a rubber exhaust tube, which I am keeping. But if I had someone to do it I would replace with a fiberglass exhaust tube. What I did notice was that when the tube came out at a 45 degree down from the cummins, then straight out to the stern, there was little downward slant along that 20 ft length. Either someway start the tube by the engine a little higher, which will be tough due to clearance issues, or put the stern exhaust a little lower, if possible.
