Default 18' novi project

Here are a few pics from the build out. Hull was laid up by Gulf Fleet in Kittery. Most of the work was done nights and weekends during 2010/2011.

I have some more detail pics somewhere but I need to remember where I saved them.

These are fairly current at the end, except I have added a leaning post since the last photo posted here

Nice job looks good. I have been thinking about building a small work boat skiff to. Thanks for pics of the build.

Need one in the bow. Not sure about getting tow backwards in that.

tuna--thats true, the sistership that belongs to our dad has two mounted in the bow, and that has yet to see a bloody deck too. cool little boats though.
Im pretty sure that one will be for sale once the 33 YB in the backyard is done being built.

Thanks. Really happy with how it came out. I only had it in the river at the very end of 2011 season to break in the motor. 2012 was the first full season in the water, mostly hauling some traps and a little fishing. Didn't have a shot at testing out the rod holders much, but we had them around so why not put them in just in case. Should be fun to try.
