I have not logged on here in a while, but when I use my HP Laptop with IE8 I get nailed with Add aware programs. Once they take over the pc the program closes any program that I would try to open, IE8, Word, XLS, Acrobat etc. They offer me the solution but have to pay for it. F that!!!

Hey guys I havent heard of it until you posted this but I will keep my ears open

..my suggestion is to download mozilla firefox to surf the internet.. its free just like internet explorer and is much more user friendly.. it freezes up maybe 1/10 of the time that Internet exporer does and the best feature that I like is the automatic spell check when you are doing anything.. i.e writing an email..posting on the forum etc..pretty cool feature.

any more problems let me know but try mozilla its worth it and comes with a lot less headaches that ye olde internet explorer

I have noticed I have been getting occasional redirects the last couple of weeks when going to the forum. I'm using Google Chrome. No malware detected on my end.

The redirect is to **http://myfilestore.com/download.php?id=5414DE48
