Started templating out the deck for the freeman hatches. Routered some material away to glass and to have hatches flush with the deck. Bulked up on material under the hatch frames within the wells for more strength for hatch frames. Next step will be glassing in the deck

Screwed down the coosa, taped and waxed hatches, and started glassing them in flush. I’ve been grinding as I go so it’s not as bad at the end... a little more glass then fair

Installed thru hull for the live well with hoses and fittings.. installed a check valve on the live well drain out the transome. Plus another one for the insulated deck well near the transom after the macerator.

Drilled out my six lights on the transom. I had pre drilled these a while back with a large bit, filled with hull and deck putty glassed on both inside and outside of the transome. Then used they’re template to drill and Ran some drag lines before I closed up the deck. I found a 11/64 bit was best for the brass screws.. screwed them in by hand so they wouldn’t break. Took the lights off to barrier coat and paint
