32 Holland QSB 5.9 235 hp.
It was an awesome morning for a sea trial. Only saw one other boat. Which is nice when I am going hard over to hard over at the fastest speed safely possible.
36 Stanley with a 6108 Luger @ 350hp. The owner is a member. Maybe with some persuasion we can get him to post more of the bright work and the awesome awlgrip job Strouts did.
I'd like to see some pictures, I always liked the lines of the 36 Stanley.
I might see him tomorrow morning, if I can't get him to post some I will get his permission to post more.
22 knots , moving right along for a Stanley 36
Yah that Lugger is one torque monster. She slide along pretty good just in gear.
I know PowderPro is yelling at the screen because I didn't mention boat weight or reduction. Sorry man!
Sorry, couldn’t get any underway pics. We seatrailed this, this morning. We put a new FI 5.7 gas job in it.
And don't you dare start calling me Gas Jerry!
The guys here at Strout's do kick ass bright work.
That is a beauty. Did you have to wear white gloves while launching?
Yup...And stocking feet! Not joking.
30 Southport 310 hp Volvo on a V-drive. She hit 27 and was turning 3500 rpms, but it took a while to get up there.
Nice, Do you know which Garmin chartplotter is installed.
7212...I think. Much newer and better available now.
Sorry this won’t be to informative but I sea trailed a 22 Banks Cove with a 200 Yamaha while waiting for one of my boats to get launched. Damn nice ride. I would have rather had a Honda, or even better an Oxe diesel outboard!
So Jerry, your steaming at 22.5 kt.s in the river ?
Yes, We were outside of the moring field, just before Pound of tea island. It was 7:00 AM, no boat traffic.
Okay gasket Jerry great job
Nice pics! Is 21.8 knots at WOT? What is the weight of this boat? And also, what is on it for a wheel?
I own a North Shore 32 in Nova Scotia, and I am trying to size an engine for it. Thanks for the pics!
