I found these boats on the net too. Canadian manufacturer and they all have a good sized keel for this boat size. Look sturdy and utilitarian.

Would like it more if it was more wide open....and not all the seats across the front

It really dosen't carry a lot of beam for a 23'. 8'6" at the widest but in comes in to 6'8" at the stern. Nice looking boat, but those bulkhead bench seats make me think they may be needed for stiffening the hull. They would be a real pain to deal with when working.

I didn't see the pilot house model before. The open boat may have them to serve as bin boards. An interesting boat. It would be nice to hear more about it. It looks like it could take some weight and push easily.

Like the pilothouse config better than those bench seats...when you said it was big I was expecting like 23x10...she's only four inches wider than my 16'10" Leblanc.

They load their boats with weed in Mexico. But it's not rockweed.

THink I was imagining it built without them too. Biggest tiller boat I have seen in a while anyway. Nice lines and high bow. Wish they had a 17...

I like the looks of the pilot house version. The specs seem to imply she can handle twin 225's. I think she'd be overpowered and real twitchy with one

This hull is very similar to the Sisu 22. It has full length molded chin.

My Dad actually built the mold for this and the 19 footer. He build them for about 10 years. They were build in New Brunswick, he sold the molds to this guy in Newfoundland in 94 and he is still building them. His name was Royalsea 23, if anyone remembers them.

They are a great boat, Dad still has one and my brother has one in Alaska. ( both Royalsea"s) Brother has a Etec 200 with a cabin and dose over 40 mph. I will find some pics. He has changed/updated the cabin molds.

    FEIW..

    That is bad ass.

Travis' new repco could be like this only 3x the size.

There was a Malone 22 at Gulf Fleet Boats up in Kittery I probably would have bitten on that but the guy who was selling it already had it spoken for.

It was red too like the one pictured...same config too

    I would call these bozos.(malone)
Good luck getting an email response.
This is more than a pet peeve for me.
If you have a website, and "contact us" link, then answer the thing!

    Anyway...breathe deep Nicholas.
I am passing by all those builders who don't get back to me, and am very comfortable with the choice I have made for my new springtime boat.
Sorry, not meaning to hijack, just irritated.
    As you were gents..:)

Ps..I contacted seabreeze about a 19 a few years ago, and when I told them I wouldn't be buying a fleet, that's the last I heard from them. Seriously..
I guess I should consider my self lucky they even bothered to write back.

I agree about the email but many of these boat builders are small companies and its feast or famine (same for me as a home builder). I always get back to emails/calls though even if it takes 4-5 days now and then.

What project do you have coming up?

Look like rugged boats. The center console model looks like it doesn't have a top deck attached to the hull? That's probably why they would need the thwarts.
