Hi,

I'm looking at a 19' Pointer (not the one on VH) and I've heard sorta mixed info about them. Are they seaworthy boats? I'll be fishing 10 traps with it in Salem Sound in MA. It's a fairly protected area with islands, but can get rough.

Bob, I have a 19'6 pointer "nex....1982"hull number.. they ride best loaded up. I've had mine in wide open deep water ... no problem. take the bow spray rail off if you get afraid of pitchpoling or broaching In a following sea.
