Doesn't make any sense - he's talking about the previous owner bypassing the fuel tank in the hull for one in the seat...but if you look at the pictures I see two saddle tanks as well.

I'm pretty sure he's referring to the saddle tanks as "in hull".
Boat has been for sale for awhile. Probably small market in his area and it's not worth traveling far for.
