good boats, solid glass. If you can get a good deal then i'd go for it. If its got a rotten top then you're basically just buying a hull and motor. I would imagine all the plywood is soaked up in the rails as well.

If its the one on craigslist, my 33 footer came out of the same port. I think his asking price is a lil high, just my opinion though

33 young brothers- He said the boat came from bath? The port side rail is a little punky. How much work do you think to fix. What price would be good for that one? Love the look of the boat! Nice lines.. You love your "Young Brothers".

Oh thought the add said Cape Porpoise.

Lots of work to build a new top. Unless you just build a plywood top. I was quoted 9500 or something for a molded 31 osmond top. So I decided to mold my own top.
I had 500 bucks in for nydacore, 1000 for resin, 500 for fiberglass(We buy fiberglass seconds), 120 for hull and deck and 120 for polyfair.
So thats 2400 in materials, dont know how many hours i spent on it.

I got my boat surveyed before I made an offer and the surveryor said it was worth 30000-32000. I paid close to that and got a area 1 federal lobster permit with the boat.

i was considering that one and took that it for a ride a few weeks ago. i liked the boat, it ran good but the price was a little high. i was very interested but have found something else that fits my family better. i think 33youngbrothers is right on the money for what your purchasing.

woundup and dworks both have 30 young brothers. very nice looking boats, you should talk to them about their 30 young brothers.

good luck

33young - the boat is in cape porpoise, but originally came from bath
