Pulled the trigger and closed on this 1987 31JC this week. Having Doc. work done and bringing her up the end of April. Want to say thank you to all the people on the forum for your help, past and present. Having some work done and can't wait til it gets up here.

Thank you. It's got a CAT 3208T with approx.3000 hrs on it

Nice and clean looking in the pix! Sounds as if you are driving her up this way rather than trucking? Enjoy the trip and stay safe. Atlantic Beach is a nice area. Some good fishing down that way. Where is your home port going to be?

Keelboater, I'm actually having her trucked up end of April. Actually having a bit of work done and thinking I'm going go down and go run the boat, fish hopefully get some more things done. Home port is Portland,Me
Guys on the this forum have been great, actually someone pm'd me and lived right there, (while I was having engine survey) and I was able to speak with previous owner. which was huge!
