I see some glass square tube cutoffs in one of your pictures. I am having a hard time sourcing anything like that (square or rectangle) for my current project locally to avoid huge shipping costs.
Can you say where it came from??

Yes, those came from Hamilton Marine that’s just Fiberglass Square stock or composite square stock

What did you use to make the base for the zip wakes. So you could mount them to the hull with no distortion?
I meant what did you use to make the hull true. So when you mounted the Zip wakes there was no deflection.
I saw some guys made a mold and used epoxy.
lots of guys use g10 plates glued to the hull

My painter had some heart trouble and we have some stuff to finish up
Very little sanding
Alexseal paint and some non skid
Have all took just Need skill
Boat is in Hollis NH and is inside and heated

What material is the deck framing made of in the wheelhouse, are those just glass I-beams?

Looks awesome, can’t wait to see the finished product. We should get this one and xbskt’s side-by-side for a photo shoot this summer.
Did you find a painter Mike?
Any progress update?
This sunny warm morning has me thinking about a launch.
Hope you are making headway.

I know a guy who's pretty highly rated ,does yacht finish at a few yards on North Shore.I'd love to have him do some work on mine but can't find a heated place I could fit my tower in .I'll send you his number ,Pete

All the non skid is on the trunk, bow ,roof and wash board down side of house
Stairs built to go down to cabin
Second station build and being primed
Got all but three windows in
Rear deck glasses down
All underground is done
Time to start glassing saloon floor down and putting together the furniture and kitchenette
