Here she is. Based on sold boat comps from the last few years I have set my asking price at $27,500 OBO. Any serious offer will be entertained.

Garmin GPS and Fishfinder. Needs seat cushions for helm chairs is all (Todd seats so cusions are readily available here-http://www.boatdepot.com/p-221/todd-model-1000-cape-cod-boat-seat-replacement-cushions-white- just havent ordered them).

Great boat in just about any sea and you hardly hear that 4 stroke even at planing speeds.

Love the closed-in transom doesn't break up the vessel and allows for more uninterrupted cockpit space...and the swim platform's equally nice!
