Anyone have one, ever seen one ?
Guy I work with has/built one
When his brother (my employer) was having his 36 BHM built back in 1989, he & the finisher laid up the hull & top and he brought it back to Ma. and finished it up from there.
Maybe I can talk him into putting up a pic.

the 21 is a sharp boat. I think there is one out front of pilots point in CT. I'm not positive but it sure looks like a BHM

Come on BillD, totally different boats. That 24 Ellis is sweet and so is the BHM. But they are different. The built down BHM would be a nice outboard boat IMO. The skeg built Ellis 24 has a beauty of a spoon bow. Why do you think they are cousins?

The Ellis 20' looks more like a cousin to the BHM 21' to me. They both have a sharp entry at the bow with a flat deadrise at the transom. Neither have much of a keel- maybe two inches or so. The Ellis 24' with the full keel and single screw would be a much better ocean vessel in rough water IMO. I really dislike I/O on any boat- especially a DE boat. I agree that an outboard would look better on the BHM 21.

Both nice boats..
BUT....both have the "pop up" tent trailer look up front going on.....?
Meaning "cousins" LOL
Well.......I'll leave it @ that......!

There it is. Nice shot El Mar. I happen to really like the shear line of these boats. The REPCO 21 also has a nice sweep. I'm not a big fan of the lobster top on smaller DE boats but this one is done well. The boat does not look too stubby.
