Can confirm, this is not a scam. Just an older gentleman who hasnt unwrapped her yet.

Owner is a long time sailor who didnt end up liking the way she swung at the mooring when was napping. I believe he is looking to get back into a keeled sailboat. Boat is most likely spotless.
