Cute little boat; If I was spending 112K, I'd be looking for something bigger.

Open up the sliding door and walk straight into the engine box.

As was mentioned, that boat is not what I think of when I hear the word pristine

pris·tine (prstn, pr-stn)
adj.
1.
a. Remaining in a pure state; uncorrupted by civilization.
b. Remaining free from dirt or decay; clean: pristine mountain snow.
2. Of, relating to, or typical of the earliest time or condition; primitive or original.

I don't see pristine anywhere in the photos shown Yachtworld listing and based on what I do see, junk everywhere, dirty towels on top of more dirty stuff, PRISTINE? Oh, and the ear muffs next to the helm station just scream BOY IS THIS THING LOUD! HUH? WHAT WAS THAT YOU SAID? And who poured what down the head? Must have been some of that pristine mountain snow after the broker cleaned the boat for the owner before he posted the pictures:rolleyes:

All funny comments! I've actually purchased a boat from John and he was straight forward and professional.

I think as long as you don't overstate the condition w/ a high asking price, you're fine. I know we went through this before, but a first post in the classifieds is NOT a good way to get started on the DEBF.
