Seems pretty high compared to what else is out there in this size turn key. There was that 2004 28' Northern Bay with Cummins 220 that was last listed at $39K and that took 8 months to sell. It was also on long island. Maybe this seller bought that boat and looking to dump this?

Price seems fine, H&H website has a basic boat with no motor at 67k. Regardless of price, I like that boat. Always wondered why they aren't more popular.

I always like this boat too but on the H and H site the 29 Ft boat is not really that much more money and everyone I talked with that owns the 29 loves it

Because the difference in price between the 27 and 29 is "pennies" when you consider the cost of the "whole boat".

Seems to be an entirely different mold then the 29, just always thought it would compete with people who want a smaller DE, like the 26 General Marine. But yea, that price difference between 27-29 is tiny.

He has had this boat for about 3 years. Prior to that it was built by a Long Island commercial guy. It's a nice boat. I have seen it in person.

He also owns a 56 foot DMR with 692 turbos....charters out of world fair marina in Flushng Ny.

Funny....I was just thinking about this boat the other day.... I tried to buy it before Nick did.

It ain't worth more than 20k because you will spend 25k-30k on a new motor and gear plus shaft/prop and install and do probably another 5k minimum of other stuff. Unless you can use his non working engine as a core you are looking at being upside down on it if you paid over 20k for the boat.
