This is hull #1 completely stripped and rebuilt in 2018-2019. She has a 8.3 liter Cumins turned up to 600hp at 3,000 rpm’s. She has a ZF gear at 1.75/1. This boat won the 2022 worlds fastest lobster boat in Jonesport at a top speed of 42 mph. The boat will cruise at 30 kts turning 2,500 rpm’s. She is super on fuel. The engine was new in 2018 and only has 104 hrs. The boat also comes with the triaxel trailer. SS 14” hauler. $140,000 invested. The engine and gear alone was $65,000. Ready to fish
$90,000 PM me for more information.

What year is the hull? Is the Crowley cored hull? Solid glass bottom?

Sweet boat, nice lines!

I believe the Crowley Hull design below the waterline is identical to the 28’ Wayne Beal (someone correct me if I’m wrong)…If someone wants to go harpooning I have a four legged tower that would fit this perfect 14’8” to your feet. What a great boat!

Yikes, with my CB28 with 400HP I top out high 20's and it feels like I'm walking a tightrope after drinking too much.

I have actually been thinking about rigging it for harpooning.

I'm pretty sure they dropped the keel on the Crowley and it can spin a bit bigger wheel. The 28 Crowley we have here has a 29.5" aperture, and could easily swing a 26" wheel, which is the same diameter wheel I had under my 36 Crowley. The 28 Wayne, Crowley, and NB are all "originated" from the same hull but all a little different.
This one has a 26x28 and a 1.75/1 ZF gear
