I am thinking about raising the top on mine 3 inches. It sounds like Atlantic is the place to do it . Yours looks good. Can you tell me how many inches from deck to the inside of the house. Head room?

The boat "should" be in the water mid season. Time goes by so fast and now with the worldwide virus.

Your 28 NB came out very very nice. I like the "coupe" look !

Hey Silver Fish. Just ran into this thread.Always wandered what happened to Alexa.I was looking at this boat probably a year or so before you purchased it but the asking $ was a little high at the time and the owner wouldn't budge.Ended up with a 29 Dyer which is working out well.Boat looks Great! Well since a project is never finished, my boat is back at Atlantic Service for the winter. Getting a new floor, live well, and a few other items. Should have the new hatches next week.

In the transom, it's going to be about 30 gallons, I just need something big enough to keep peanut bunker alive or a dozen or so full size bunker.

Please share pics when you can, I have been contemplating a transom livewell for live bait so I can get rid of my barrel on deck.

Thos deck hatches are nice. Think you need to consider rain / deck water drains in those hatch gutters....otherwise it's all going into your bilge.

That was always an issue I had with the boat and anything is better than the hatches that where there before. But I will look into it, thank you for your advice.
