30' Repco

Greetings. I'm looking at a 30' Repco. All mechanicals look to be in great shape. 4cyl Ford. Needs a power wash in a bad way. New paint on a 'new' wheelhouse needed. Hull seems excellent. Needs bottom paint. Hydraulics work, starts right up and idles great. I will have it surveyed before making any decisions...but what do you guys think something like thing is worth? The windows are plexiglass. That's the only that looks like it was 'rigged' funky in the new wheelhouse. I've seen a couple that are/were for sale online in the 20-25k range but they had diesels.

The ones i see with gas are priced in the teens....good luck
