300 Gallon Aluminum Fuel Tank

I have a 300 gallon aluminum marine fuel tank. Dimensions are 81" in length, 37" wide, and 31" deep at the center. No rust on her, comes with sending unit. Outside is a little dirty but nothing bad. Has fittings for twin diesels, can be plugged for single. Pressure tested at 4psi. Located on the Vineyard, I can meet you off island in MA/RI/NH/CT. $450 shipped by me.

Tank $350, shipping would probably be a lot, like $1000. It cost me $650 to ship a smaller and lighter tank from FL to MA.

If you get the tank to a trucking company strapped to a palet it won't be to bad. I shipped a 300hp outboard motor to washington state for $250

That's what I did....fuel tanks fall into a special, retarded category and have a surcharge. I've had 2 of them shipped. Mucho $$$

I tried calling it different things, but got hit with a bill in addition to what I initially paid when the carrier figured out what it was.

Not worth much scrap...not when you live on an island and need to spend $100 just to get off and scrap it. I'm still holding on to it until the right guy comes along...too nice of a tank.
