31 ft jc in Brooklyn, Ny, Any input on this one?

The price of this boat scares me for some reason, I wonder how many issues it has?

Been posted many times and yes its scary. Damaged keel/shoe with super sketchy repairs, steel fuel tanks. generally ratty all the way around. Its been for sale for several years. That's about 1/2 the price she was originally listed for.

seems ok to me, everything is repairable, great engine. If your looking for a 31 jc make an offer with upgrades in mind.

He bought it and doesn't want it anymore I think 12kt cruise and cored hull?? New owner is pretty new...ask Larry or look in other threads..

she is an old girl. Cored JCs are not a problem they built them right with all solid glass pods for thru hulls. Unless other owners punched in gear without decoring it should be sound. The big thing is it most likely has steel tanks. Not F/G or Al. but steel which is a very big upgrade project. The power is good but light on HP. Plus there were some posts about the keel and work done. So with that said it is your call.
