Excavator, haha. What a mess of a beautiful hull. Probably worth that ask if the engine is clean/low hours but what are the odds of that? Gorgeous lines on that hull though in the rear shot. Looks like it was next to coal burning power plant for about 30 years.
Saw this boat in person. Needs 1000 hours in the shop. Add $50,000.00 for new engine, and for $150,000.00 You have a Beautiful Boat. It looks Great walking down the dock from 100' away. There are No better lines on a boat than this. Quality hull. Hammered ! J.M.O. !!!
yah they tend to hammer on stuff pretty hard in Georgetown....and the paint jobs I don't get mine had flames and skulls awlgripped down the side of it.....it was from Georgetown as well.....first and last time buying a boat up there....
I have 2 pictures of this boat "LYON" taken 25 yrs ago. We happened to be in Gloucester and saw her coming in at night from tuna fishing. The boat was moving very fast and had a crows nest tower and a long harpoon pulpit and was absolutely breath taking (to me). I went back to the dock the next day and got some pics of her and never forgot the name.
Seeing her in this condition is pretty sad.
I'll try to scan the pics onto this site (dinosaur).
