It is to larger to fit in a 35 Bruno. Plus you will not have enough room to swing the propeller needed. It will be a major job getting all of that to work.
you would have to cut hatches on both sides of the engine box to get along side the engine, you can't swing a big enough wheel to take advantage of the power, and you can't put a big enough shaft in to hold it....otherwise i don't see any problems. other than the weight of a 692
I'm actually thinking the same repower for my 36 Harris cuttyhunk. I already have the motor with a 1.5:1 Allison. I figured with my current wheel I should cruise around 22. The 35 buruno is a similar hull. I can swing a 29" wheel.
