Sounds pretty darn good to be true, esp with that engine. Without seeing the aft of the boat and interior i would prob jump on the boat in a heart beat

Thats a seller/broker mistake not a classified papers mistake im sure.

ETA im seeing several boats that are sold on there. That I know have been sold for a while now. Maybe they dont maintain their site properly
