36 Northern Bay

I looked at a 36 Northern Bay 2002 with a D12 Volvo @ 715 HP with a 28 X 32 propeller. I lot of power for this vessel.

It may seem like a lot of power but it isn't overpowered. At 1800 rpm that boat probably cruises at 21 kts. It's a Newman finished boat & its heavy. Newman's 36 NB are finished heavy and ride very nicely. That boat new was probably close to $500k. My guess is she tops out at about 30 kts with a comfortable cruise between 1700 - 1800 rpm

Very easily. This is not a skeg built, u climb in the bilge sit down and work on it.

Mine weighs less then 400 total with all the aluminum and center console but is layed up very light. I believe this one is solid glass if I remember correctly. We put mine on with 2 guys without a problem. I have had the same boat with and without the bridge and there is no difference in the ride.

I understand about the space down there. I don't see a hatch on either side of the main engine hatch to scoot into.
