"ill make sure and not put it right side up after the 30+ hours of rewiring I really don’t mind which way the nema tree sits.)

Just trying to help, Nema very sensitive so any water in the cup will be a problem and the way it sits, water will wick down or drip. Its not due to looks lol.

Primed helm, cut outs down, wiring mostly done. One last box to paint. That was a pain to sand face in. Hopefully trannys back tomorrow then engines going in. Still planning for June 15th launch... one project at a time 9B93423D-11BA-44DC-9F99-C68632F44026.jpeg A9375FE3-2D2F-4FBD-9A65-C929854AA256.jpeg D3A77677-1719-4AE7-B8FB-DFD3D524D5B1.jpeg 533F3F7B-AA0E-40A6-86C8-057614AB734F.jpeg D01E9ABB-5AFB-46B2-9A13-E66E466E3908.jpeg 511624D7-9D77-43EC-84D1-5A6BF15DB8C1.jpeg 45C7CBEB-635C-4CBC-BFC1-D6CA3EAD6088.jpeg E6DF135B-9E98-4FD3-8C40-675D30198834.jpeg ACBED8FB-7878-4C7F-A551-D35FF834EFE4.jpeg

Nothing is easy. Tight fit, need to move all the engine mounting points tomorrow, at least my engine height is good. Going from the scania to the Cummins didnt think it would be easy, just getting tired. Changing the shaft coupling beat me up pretty good. 06237322-CA38-41B2-88FE-A55FB80571EE.jpeg

I would remove the paint from the coupling flange, the alignment needs to be as true as possible. Nice to see how much work you are getting done.

Changing the shaft coupling is pretty easy if you have an air or electric impact wrench to work with.

Paint all done, total boat non skid went on great and covered a ton of area. Oil and coolant are in the engine. New 4/0 battery cables installed, had to put in another engine room access, after exhaust is done going to be the only way in! That big engine room got a lot smaller once the Cummins went in. Waiting on underwater lights and transom wrap then she is going in! My wife said she has had enough of this project, I’m always there working…finish line is in sight tho. 660B4DF5-E735-4048-A5A9-1D4DB3FEA51C.jpeg 38E0B642-6901-44BE-A21F-B7639A3FB62A.jpeg CA670B27-B8DE-4F7C-ACB8-D28AB6C82EC8.jpeg C0EAB595-F46D-4D73-A7A2-C8EB1B211EB2.jpeg 698BD7B3-D1EB-44BB-9C90-9D14CE6745A4.jpeg
