looks Nice. did he widen it so that he can run more traps per trawl? the environmentalist’s have no problem wasting other peoples money.

Never thought about it but they kept the existing transom intact to act like a bulkhead and then added on to that. Would keep all that strength of the transom. Wonder when Wesmac adds to a boat say 10 years old, to make a 42 a 46, if they use the same process?

Did he have pictures on IG steaming home with the extension in the stern? Looks great, bet it makes a big difference for him. She's going to turn on a dime now!
He’s still going on it. Has to wet sand the hull and do a few things before it goes in

But I thought if you extended more than 10% you had to add keel
How do you think this is going to affect performance

Is the OEM the one from Green Harbor or there was one on the Cape too? I hear he is also doing a 4' prefab extension to a 42 Wesmac
