Maybe, but what is it a framed plywood boat w/ fiberglass on the outside? Been for sale for a while.

It's a deadrise, not a downeast

In any way, shape or form

Shallow draft, the bow is typically deeper than the transom, no skeg, twin screw, etc etc.

About as far away from a downeast as one can get.

A novi is more downeast than a deadrise for crying out loud

Keel with single screw?

This boat appears to have a keel with single screw. A hybrid? ;)

Most bay boats are single screw w/ a keel, but they are definitely not downeasters. They are not bad for choppy inshore waters. Big ocean swells is another matter.
