38 Wesmac New Build Hull#40

Bulkheads are divinycell. Two 1”panels laminated together with 3/4 CSM they will be glassed with 2 layers of 2408

That’s stout for bulkheads, with how thick the hull is, you will have a battleship

We installed the Quarter guards yesterday. I’m planning on installing the spray rails next week.

The top is coming along here he has the panels vacuum bagged in. The top should be ready to be pulled from the mold next week

Your going to like that core. There is no chance leaky could tear that apart when its constructed like that.

Beautiful work and build. Too bad you ran the quarter guards flush to the stern b/c now you can’t install stainless steel corner guards; they’re both functional and beautiful on a Wesmac with that tumblehome.

So here is the top after being pulled from the mold it still has to be cut and fit into position. I have a time lapsed video but can’t figure out how to post it
