Looks tippy
Boat is very solid and steady. We were at Pemaquid races.Got caught in the wake spray rails hooked down.I have been out in some rough weather on this boat and it is very well balanced and steady!!!:The 35' Young Brothers I had could take 100 4' foot lobster traps in one trip and fish in any weather that a 45'foot boat could fish in.I am retired now but if I were to get back into lobster fishing only boat I would consider would be a Young Brothers!!!
Figured that.Do you own a Young Brothers?'twas a joke
Thats right Billy's has an 8-92 and Rusty's Look Out has Detroit 60 series.Even when Rusty had an 8-92 Billy's was faster. The Apparition II seemed to be built right!!!Doesnt billy's boat have an 8-92 in it, or something big like that?! I know the 38yb "Look Out" has a detroit 60 series in it.
I didnt know rusty's used to had an 8-92 as well, was that out of the pink lady also?

The 38 Young Brothers that S.W.Boatworks calls the slippery is one of the most beautiful hulls made...if anyone has any pictures or knows of a old one for sale please pass the info to me...thanksThe 38' came in two different hulls, right? The older 38 (narrower beam) was a very pretty boat. Here's one that showed up in Block Island

There is a similar vintage that fishes out of Prospect Harbor. It is a very flat running, clean hull. But can't carry much weight.
