Tried out the 3M Perfect System and I must say I am impressed.

After 10+ years the gelcoat is looking a little used up, but after 3 simple steps and a little time on the buffer things are looking up.

Pricy, but worth it. Totally worth it.

Is that the same product that the label says if for two part paint systems as well? I would really like to buff out the perfection I used recently.

What electric polisher do you guys prefer to use???

Big, small ?
orbital ?
Porter Cable ?

I'm an auto body guy, we don't use polishers, use buffers.
Polishers are more for applying wax and they spin like a da (dual action) sander. Buffers spin like a grinder.
One with variable speed is what we use.

That is some impressive reflection on that picture!

You look a little young to be a Vietnam veteran, is First Team a memorial to someone?
