Wayne still has them as far as I know, Farrins just finished a 40 Wayne Dresser bound for California. That 40 is a nice hull!

I believe he has Cummins power.

Wayne vs Willis, Tuna?

Hello, I am new here. Great forum. Can you guys tell me the difference between the Beals boats. Willis, Wayne Calvin. I am looking at a 35 Willis that looks sweet. 450 HP. Never ran one though. We are Cape Cod Tuna Fisherman. Steep Chop in the Bay etc. What u think.

Capt Fred,i had a Wayne Beal 36 for a few years and loved the boat...you will have to pull the red back some times when it gets real nasty..a buddy of mine had a 35R.P.that was used for giant fishing...iam sure he can tell you what you need to know...P.M. him here (hntrss)

Thanks for the reply MD. Hard to find info as the shop is gone. So is the Wayne 35 the same HULL as a Willis 35. Difference being the guy building it ?
