Been hiding this gem from you guys for some time now. Figured it's time to share. I picked her up last March but didn't take delivery till end of July due to mud season in Maine. Hull is a 79 and solid glass. She has a John Deere 6076 300hp with a 509 twin disk gear. She needs a total rehab and I've been picking away at it throughout the end of the season. With the season over and holidays over I can now get on it full time. Ive gutted the entire boat, Cabin is empty and was sand blasted for a fresh start. Decks removed, Engine was removed, blasted and repainted with some new components to be installed soon. Engine beds we're also blasted and gel coated, engine is reinstalled now. Roof was also removed and re-cored with 1" diviny cell, stretched 5' and windshield was raised 11". Gunwales we're also rebuilt to original specs. Here's some before pics of when I got it and some as the demo and rebuild process. IMG_20170116_134621.jpg 144515.jpeg KIMG0722.jpg

Before pics are pretty “great” lol. What is intended use?

Roughly how much head height is there under the bow (all the way forward where berths were)?

Looks good Brian. You are a Bruno fan for sure.
What is the plan for the transom? Did you fill it in in or does it just look changed due to the work on the gunnels? You definitely fixed the Bruno winshield. PM me. I'd like to come have a look some weekend we are on Cape.

Guys on this site continue to amaze me with their skills, knowledge and intestinal fortitude to tackle these projects. To see some of these barn finds turned into works of art is so cool.

About 67" head height under bow. Intented use is for my charter business and lots of tuna fishing.

Thanks for the compliments guys, owning a boat like this has been a long time dream from childhood.it hasn't been easy to get here but I'm hoping it's all worth it when it's done. This build has been one step ahead and ten backwards sense delivery but I'm finally starting the rebuilding part of it.

Looks good! Too bad you had to get rid of that nice Bean gumshoe & the comfy mattress.
Just curious, how long had she sat?

She sat for about a year and a half before I got it.
