For some reason I keep going back to the one posted on uncle Henry's.Seems to be pretty pricey.I hope to get a look at it,in person, in the next week or so.I intend to gillnet, trap and tuna fish and this boat just seems to look good to me.

Hi and welcome, i do believe when bruno went under nauset acquired the molds of the 42' and the 35' bought a 35' in 1985 blue the engine in i believe 1988 was in the bay at the time, they replaced it.
they had a new 42 they just finished it was beige, with a 3208 nat 210.
so as far as being two different boats thay are not there there same hull, unless the cor makes that difference, because the nauset is solid glass.thay only made 2 or three of each commercial style
and a few sport with sheer.

Are you talking about the 42' white hull with Cummins 6CTA in MA? If so, that boat was bought for less than HALF of current pricing not so long ago. Caveat Emptor on this boat / seller.

Which Nauset was made then wouldnt ride in a sea with the bridge/tower, then heard something about insurance issues with it. I know when I repowered in 2005 it was sitting high and dry at Hyannis Marina with issues... ? Super great looking boat but guess stability was an issue...

Shawn I think different boat. If it is the one I am thinking of then it came from long island about 2 years ago. This one has a raised sheerline after it was built.
