42' Provincial Boat.

I will be in the market to purchase one, in the 40 ft range for charter and tuna fish.. have a tight budget i know the wesmac is one of the best but as they say money talks...

I think you need to buy an American made vessel to charter in the u.s. Provincial is Canadian built.unless you rework the vessel over 50%. You can use it.

no the boat can be used for charter but it has to be registered with the state cant be documentedthe boat cant be foriegn for coi. provincials and donelles are fine.
