I'm still a bit of a rookie... but I'm learning fast.
I've been on this boat...and can tell you none of the pictures would ever do this boat justice. She's incredible all the way around.

The only thing that's ever confused me, is why the split wheel house on a boat that is most likely never going to see a "work day" in her whole life? This incredible rig is so doubled down on being a fishing boat, why not originally give her a full house, a hauler and cockpit controls like the majority of others in her category?

Have 5! Make that 6 ....
Very Nice Boat

very cool layout, but that tower's gotta go!

Why would you remove the tower. Perfect for spotting fishing and running after a hook up. This is a class boat. Well thought out and planned obviously. Would make a great NE tuna rig.
Leave the tower right where she is! I'd run this boat without hesitation to George's and know she'd catch fish. Unfortunately I'm working on a Donelle now, but I might be persuaded by a boat of this caliber.

Personal preference I guess. I myself put a little more emphasis into how a boat will drift, and that seems like a lot of weight up high.

As for the split wheelhouse- I'm guessing that was more of a 'cool factor' type of decision. Even with it, doesn't look like the wheelhouse is hurting for space. Also the steering station would be great for the end game with a big fish IMHO.

If your a drift fisherman the split wheel house gives you a lot more rail to fish off. Personally I think the tower is overkill but looks great.

well boys, I have a tower and there seems to be no problem with our slow drift. I guess tunatangler should get rid of his rig EH ?

when on Georges last year remember watching some big Viking drifting down on us Fast. Think drift is more about what's "in" the water then whats up top

the tower is a tool .
