5200 or silicone caulk for hatch install

I am in the process of installing a freeman hatch. Deck is cut and was hot coated. Holes were drilled and cored. Should I use 5200 or silicone when putting the hatch in place and should I also snug it down right away or snug it up in a day or so?

I'd go with 4200 for the hatch it will make it a lot ezer if you need to take it out for any reason

I prefer Silicone Sealer for deck hatches. Seat the hatch and gentle snug down. Once fully cured. Go around the deck screws one more time.
