Not to worry!
When you kick him off he will motor to FL flying a Greenpeace pendant and his nose in the air.
Guarantee he throws out a 2 lb anchor and prays for a hurricane. He will take out an entire marina, claim insurance and abandon it…
Not to worry!
When the rag-beaters pass each other on the ICW they yell out the marina bathroom combos to each other.Their mantra is ''If it's free,it's for me''Not to worry!

Judging by the pre-printed no parking signs I'm guessing he's done it before or he's just been chomping at the bit for the chance to do it.Unfortunately he probably does crap like this all the time and will likely continue.
Money and lawyers...he settledI don't understand why the guy wasn't arrested? If they have video footage then I would have thought it would have been almost automatic arrest for criminal negligence and public endangerment.
You touch my boat…I break your face. Some people have never had the shit beat out of them for doing stupid shit and it shows
I'm sure that douche nozzle has had a bitch slap now and then because he is one. Some people have never had the shit beat out of them for doing stupid shit and it shows
That is Peacekeeper. An interesting vessel and story. South American build I believe. What’s the sailboat in the 2nd pic?
Doesn’t look like the poacher’s Tartan, more like a yawl or ketch rig.
Had the same experience growing up as a deckhand and launch driver.. Sailboaters treat you like their own personal hand and are cheap SOBs when it came to tipping.. the blue collar guy that came into fuel up in a shitty center console was always generous...I hate to generalize and have worked with and done jobs for all sorts of people in the marine community, both recreational and commercial. Generally the sailboaters are always the worst, and yes the “wind is free” mentality takes hold.
Even back as a kid working the fuel dock we’d call it the “sailboat special”- 5 gallons of diesel, 100 gallons of water, a pump out, and no tip. The boats that would come in and top off with 800 gallons of diesel would usually give us a a better tip
Again there are assholes and also very great people in every part of the marine world, both sail and power
