I wanted to finish this thread off - we had a huge push from March to July 2021 - and then we went straight into shakedown/work/charter mode (while still balancing my family life kind of).

The boat was fully up and running.

Baldwin Harbor on LI NY was absolutely amazing to work with. They did all the glass, painting and mechanical work. I was able to do all non core electrical (e.g. all lights), electronics, Air/heat, head while the work was going on. Between Baldwin and the work we did we got this done (hull, cockpit, wheelhouse and below deck) basically from 10/15-7/10.

Highlights of what was done (not already mentioned) -

• Rear Station (kobelt single controls)
• Hull/house Painted AwlCraft
• Aluminum Done by https://oceanstatemarinemetalfabricators.com/
• Mast Lights - I went with AC lights from DR LED - they were $150 each and draw nothing - they are stadium lights and weatherproof
• Air/Heat Dometic Turbo 16K BTU
• Seats - GreatLakeSkipper on sale specials
• Electronics - SIMRAD
• Fuel Management - Maretron
• Dometic Large ac/dc cooler - this is awesome - in the wheelhouse
• Steering - Rose's Marine (Marty who just retired and will be missed!)
• Electrical System Parts, Maretron, head and systems advice- @Wharf Rat
• Most building infrastructure (plumbing, wires, connectors) - Fred Chall Freeport NY (Chuck)
• Box (customized the saeplast - most used piece on the boat)- Custom Marine Plastics, Inc - Wood is good, but plastic is fantastic!
• Head - Freshwater Raritan Elegance

Approx Performance (still dialing in)
2250 RPM 15-17 kts 1.5+nm per gallon

Thanks for noticing - are we ever really done lol

Yes - making better use of storage space, cleaning up some infra to make it better - wash down/hydraulic pump brackets

Nothing major but just getting it so we can go deep.
