Adding a second station

Hey all, looking for any tips or advice on adding a second station

I have a teleflex capilano system for the main helm. I'm planning on adding a small wheel and a morse throttle on the transom for tuna fishing. So far i have read all that teleflex has available and spoke to a tech on the phone and they told me I would have to use the same helm head as on the main helm, it's a 1250.

Anything to add would be appreciated.

I had a 1250 and just used one of these for the rear station so it could be mounted under the wash rail and not have to look at the pump. It worked fine

Anyone know who makes those tiny stainless steering wheels. Can't seem to find it

Some people use handles from large conventional reels somehow someway.

He takes thw wheels from hamilton and welds the holes shut and adds the knob.. unless he gets them directly from the manufacturer ..
