Has anyone ever replaces gaskets on Anchor (P-E) hatches.
I've got 2 of my 16x24 rectangular hatches I need to replace the gasket.
Ordered from Hamilton and ordered according to my size & style of hatch lid.
Gasket showed up yesterday but a different style/shape.
Replacement is triangular shape and my original is tubular shape (hollow in center)
I'm not sure this is the replacement style or was just sent the wrong one.
Also, am not too happy with Hamilton.
Gasket is sold by the ft and is not cheap (chose to $8 per ft)
Gasket comes with a 3M type double back sticky tape with red plastic covering over the outer sticky side (like we use in the body shop)
Looks like this stuff is pretty old and 1/2 the red covering tape is fallen off and the tape dried up and not very sticky.
WFT for close to $8 a ft
