Would someone tell me when we fine these jerks what percentage of the fines are actually collected? This kid's got a record now who the hell is gonna hire him?

I don't think the percentage of collected fines are very high. But, I agree they should be the actual cost of the operation and not just a token few hundred dollars that almost anyone could get to be off the hook. I'm all about accountability !!! A token time behind bars (so the media can spread the word) and we won't have to pay for his mistakes!!. And "Actual cost" . Not a dime more, or less.


Make the Perp. pay for as long as it takes, he's a young man and has many years to learn his lesson !!!.
