I just got a factory price for a Xactics - 07-401 of 611$ - shipping to my locale on Cape Cod is 180$.

Anyone else in southern new england looking to buy a Xactics box in the next 2-3 weeks want to pile on and help defray the cost of shipping?

Are you sure you need to ship? I know New England Marine in Green Harbor has at least one of the smaller models in stock.

According to Xactics they have no NE distributors. I'd obviously prefer to drive 150 miles to paying a 150 or 180$ shipping fee

Yes. I have a 36" gap between 2 hatches and want the 400 liter, 14 cubic foot Xactics versus the smaller bomar

Here are the wicked cooler pacific box dimensions
80 GAL. / RIFT310 - 36L x 28W x 30H MSRP: $625.00
120 GAL. / RIFT460 - 48L x 40W x 26H MSRP: $680.00
175 GAL. / RIFT660 - 48L x 41W x 32H MSRP: $925.00
260 GAL. / RIFT1000 – 58.5L x 47W x 38H MSRP: $1400.00

I believe the guys about a half an hour away from you, may be worth a ride. Although it looks like the 460 liter box is wider then the 400 xactics.
If you do talk to Mel mention this site , there was talk of a discount at one time. Also big savings on show prices.

Skips in New Bedford has them. They come in every week. Call them when I got my 07-2501 last year they had plenty of the half sizes which is the model your looking to get http://http://www.skipsmarine.net/

Skips has bonar boxes, correct? I need a specific dimmension that xactics has and bonar doesn't come close to.

Coincidentally I called them (Xactics corp) yesterday and they gave me a brand new distributor in new bedford. New England Engine and Supply. I called them and am awaiting a call back on price and availability. Their number is 800-540-8893.

If they don't pan out, I'll definately join you on the buy. I need a 07-1401 (I think that's the number).

Anyway, if you call them, let me know what you find out. I will be traveling till tomorrow and may not be able to bird dog them.

Skips has Bonar and Saeplast, no Xactics - best Bonar match is an IB11 ( 48 x 28 x 32)

That binary box is 500 pounds I think. The cacti a is 800 in basically the same footprint. What I like about the cacti a is the height. Much Easier on the back if you cut bait or fillet on it.

Talked to her and am awaiting a prie list but they do carry the Xactics - I was quoted either 550 or 555$ + 190$ shipping for the 07-0401. Perhaps if we buy together we can decrease the shipping cost.

396 is container; lid is another 150!

D'oh! Hate it when that happens. ;)

No matter, I'm still going to get one, but if there isn't a good savings by combining I'm just going to have it shipped to RI and avoid having to drive to the cape or new bedford.
