Looks to me like a J&J Marine tower from the details I see, but could be wrong. I also think this tower was made for this boat when it was put into service to push that barge around so they could see the bow of the barge and ahead.

That tower looks like it came off of a sportfish. I think the electronics box is still under the hardtop.
