I'm actually looking forward to this Susie. I'm now the only one left in the harbor, even the harbor master tucked tail and pulled out.

Till a shackle / swivel parts or a eye chaffs through then what ??

Replaced everything last year with an additional stone to boot.

Had trouble dragging everything off of the beach when it was rigged up, true that's because it hooked onto two other moorings and we ended up tearing the whole rig through everything that was in the way, but I feel quite confident.

If push comes to shove I can cut and run too, wouldn't be the first time out in waves over the pilot house in 50+ knot winds.
