best 21-22ft Center Console

I have seen a Mitchell Cove that was nice and the Leblac 24 is awesome but would love a 22. Any ideas/suggestions. The Retro Marine 21
Retro is nice but haven't heard much about them. Would love to hear what the forum thinks....

New or used.....just wondering what people think is the best boat. Obviously used is a better option that throwing money away on a new one. Would love to see some pics if people had them too. Just looked at the 22 General Marine. That is a pretty boat and love the 9ft beam

It matters on what you're going to use it for...are you going lobster fish or a weekend warrier type?? What do you want to cruise at? I have a 17 Leblanc and I tell you the boat, while capable of doing 30 knots in the corner is not meant to run like that. And its basically the same hull design as the 24...

And I assume you're looking at wheelhouse configuration since the LB24 and Retro 21 are both wheelhouses...do you want twins?

A friend of mine had a 23 Sea Way center console for a few years. It was a decent boat. Handled well, was reasonably fast with a 140 Suzuki 4 stroke, and it was pretty economical. That said, in the 20 to 23 ft. range I much prefer a hard chine planing hull. It all depends on the boats intended use.

Retro 21 is actually a center console too. I know Leblanc doesnt make a 22....as I was saying I am interested in a style of the 22.
