Good to see a forum for these great boats, I hope it takes off as more find out about it.
I don't have a downeast boat (yet). but do have a Bristol skiff and am building a rowing and sailing skiff now. My brother is a lobsterman and has fished a Bruno he restored after it came ashore in a storm 20 yrs. ago. I will try to attach a pic.[attachment=0:2427lisq]March 11 057.jpg[/attachment:2427lisq]

Thanks Bob.. yet is a good way to think about it.. Keep your eyes open and you'll be surprised at what you find.. I am going to post all the DOwneast boats that I think are good deals under the for sale section tonight.. I usually am on craigslist.. Yachtworld.. Lobstermen.com.. And midcoast yacht sales on a daily basis.. Love those brunos.. If you have a minute and snap some pics make sure you post them
