Next came the cutting board and knife rack. I wanted dividers for lead and tools or even drinks, and for the knife rack I designed it to be made out of teak. Due to varnishing it i didn’t want to be stabbing knifes into varnished teak. So the top has a piece of starboard on it recessed in with slits for the knives. Inside I wanted support for the blades. So there is a long cut in the center to accept any curve of any knife. This would give them support and not be wobbling around. Finished off with a recessed piece of black limo glass plexi

Ended up drilling 3 drain holes at the bottom of that knife rack with a 1/4 inch round over router bit to finish off the holes

Here’s some pics of the mast. Timmy Davison welded me up a two tier mast for the flir and radar. Assembled outside and then installed. They recommend to Seal the connections so I used a scotch pad. I’m an electrician and we use scotch pads made by 3m to insulate and seal taps. So used a scotch pad wrapped up with tape and then used duct seal to seal the hole.
