There were some post on some bonding system that look pretty good. The one thing I noticed was that no one place a jumper bonding wire from the rudder stuffing box to the rudder. The jumper adds more protection to your system. Should your rudder zinc. The jumper is needed because the flax packing isolates the rudder from the system.

That's a good backup system it should make your rudder zinc last longer, however I would move the cable that runs from the rudder to the box onto the same bolt as the other cable so as not to pass any stray current through the box.
